Services
Studio by Antoinette offers event branding, event design, stationery design, and related creative services. All services are custom and project-specific. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in a written proposal and contract issued per project.

Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement. A signed contract and paid deposit are required to reserve services.

Booking, deposits & payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin the creative process. The deposit amount will be specified in your proposal. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your contract, typically before final files or on-site services are delivered.

Accepted payment methods are outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in a pause in services.

Revisions
Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at the Studio's current hourly rate. Significant scope changes may require a revised proposal.

Cancellations & rescheduling
If you cancel your project after signing a contract, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed at the applicable rate. Date changes are accommodated based on availability and must be requested in writing.

Intellectual property
All design work, concepts, moodboards, and creative materials created by Studio by Antoinette remain the intellectual property of the Studio until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive print-ready files for personal use related to their event. Source and working files remain the property of Studio by Antoinette and are not included in any service.

Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely feedback within agreed timelines, and approvals before production begins. The Studio is not responsible for errors in final products that were approved by the client. Rush timelines may incur additional fees.

Vendor coordination
When the Studio coordinates with third-party vendors (printers, florists, rental companies, etc.) on the client's behalf, the Studio acts as a creative liaison only. The Studio is not liable for vendor errors, delays, or quality issues outside of our control. Final vendor contracts and payments remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of liability
Studio by Antoinette's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any third-party vendor relationships.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from a client engagement shall be resolved in New York County.

Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
