It depends on the scope. For Event Branding, the earlier the better — ideally 6–12 months before your event so the creative direction can guide your vendor decisions from the start. For Event Design, we recommend reaching out at least 4–6 months in advance. For Event Experience, especially for weddings, 6–12 months is ideal.
For paper goods and invitation suites, 8–12 weeks gives us enough time for design, revisions, and production. That said, reach out regardless of your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Event Design takes that foundation and executes it physically: stationery, signage, tablescapes, decor, and on-site styling.
Think of Event Branding as the blueprint and Event Design as the build.
