studiobyantoinette is a nyc-based event branding and design studio founded on a simple belief: the most memorable events are the ones you can feel.

Founded by Antoinette Gayo, Studio by Antoinette is rooted in emotion, intention, and storytelling. We design celebrations the same way we craft brand identities: by leading with feeling, then building the visual world around it.

After years of designing brand worlds and visual identities, I found myself wanting to translate that work into something more tangible. Creating experiences that carry emotion, intention, and story in a way people can truly feel. The kind that turn personal moments into meaningful experiences.

This studio grew from that love: creating events that feel intimate, intentional, and deeply reflective of the people at the center of them.

I believe every event holds its own story, its own brand, its own emotional palette. My role is to bring that to life through thoughtful design, warm details, and an emotion-driven approach.

Our work lives in the details. The textures, the palettes, the quiet moments people remember long after the party ends. Every event becomes its own identity, its own mood, its own story worth telling.

every event begins the same way…

with feeling.

our process

For full event clients and paper goods projects alike, every project begins the same way: with intention and story.

  • Before aesthetics, florals, or décor, we begin with conversation. Why we're gathering. Who we're celebrating. What emotions we want to hold in the room. This emotional clarity becomes the foundation that guides every decision.

  • Every celebration carries its own story. The personalities at the center, the mood we want to create, the subtle traits that make the moment uniquely theirs. We take the heart of that story and translate it into an event identity — the palette, textures, and atmosphere that become the event's brand.

  • With the identity defined, we begin designing the world around it. Stationery, signage, florals, tablescapes, textiles, décor. Every detail selected with purpose, supporting the story we're telling and the feeling we're creating. Nothing is random. Everything is intentional.

  • This is where design becomes lived-in. The visual world meets the emotional world and the event becomes something you can see, touch, and feel. We focus on the quiet, meaningful moments guests remember long after the celebration is over.

  • On the day of, we curate, style, and execute every detail with care. The result is an experience that feels cohesive, warm, personal, and beautifully aligned with the emotion we began with. Not just a space. A story expressed through design. A moment you can feel.
